Supportive, structured supervision
for early & career social workers

I provide clinical supervision for LCSWAs in North Carolina, Supervisee's in Social Work in Virginia, and case consultation for fully licensed clinicians. I work with clinicians who value structured, thoughtful support with complex cases, boundaries, documentation, or clinical decision‑making.

My approach is grounded, collaborative, and rooted in real‑world clinical work. I help clinicians strengthen their judgment, refine their therapeutic voice, and build sustainable habits that support long-term practice.

My Approach to Supervision

Supervision with me focuses on:

Strengthening assessment and diagnostic skills
Building confidence in treatment planning and documentation
Developing clear, ethical decision‑making
Exploring countertransference and clinical intuition
Improving session flow and intervention skills
Supporting boundaries, self‑trust, and sustainable practice
Integrating creative or sensory‑based interventions when helpful

The goal is simple: help you feel competent, supported, and ready for independent practice.

What This Space is Not

To keep boundaries clear and the work ethical, supervision does not include:

• Therapy for the clinician.
• Crisis coverage outside scheduled sessions.
• Oversight for non‑clinical roles.
• Business consulting, social media strategy, or brand identity for associate or fully licensed clinicians. Please see my Consultation page for those needs.
